- 5 Steps to doing successful Facebook Ads
- Have a great offer. It has these characteristics:
- A unique Product
- Great Pricing
- Bonuses
- Bumps, Up Sells, Down Sells
- Have good images/ads that:
- Stand out
- Demonstrate/Educate/Entertain
- Look Organic (Personal/Social/Non-salesy) but professional (have features intentionally built in that are known to cause conversions)
- Colorful or colorless (A black-and-white ad image in a sea of colored images can stand out effectively.)
- Have good Copy/Text that:
- Calls out a specific pain point or offers a solution
- Is easy to read
- No big words.
- Most people read at 5th grade level.
- Is spaced out
- Avoid large blocks of text. People won’t read it.
- Short 2 to 3-sentence paragraphs, spaces between paragraphs.
- Use emojis and other symbols to break up text.
- Leads the reader to want to click
- Know how to set up ads and scale them
- Use very low start up spend
- Be able to tell which ads are good and which are bad
- Must have a pre-determined system
- Run 8 to 10 ads at $5
- Look at results of those ads (analytics) after 2 to 3 days
- Stop all low-performing ads
- Run larger campaigns with the winning ads
